It faxes the doctors, calls the doctors, files the death certificate, clears the town permits, and registers the cremation with the Medical Examiner — most of it before a director thinks to ask. You stay with the family; the paperwork takes care of itself.

Pulled into MAVRIC, validated against the state's rules, and queued for your signature. When a doctor isn't credentialed online, the two fax round-trips — worksheet, then attestation — are chased down by fax and by phone, then auto-attached. You only step in to sign.
Burial & cremation permits
The right town clerk, the right portal, the right fee — across all 351 Massachusetts cities and towns, kept current so nothing bounces back.
Cremation registration & the Medical Examiner
Every cremation in Massachusetts is registered with the state through the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. We prepare that registration, file it in Stonewall, and track it all the way to release — so the case keeps moving without the back-and-forth.
